We offer a comprehensive detailed report that is complete with pictures that is emailed to the client the next business day. Customized reports are available on request. Reports are sent at the completion of each Nassau County and NYC Building Inspection. The report is an easy-to-read detailed description of the existing conditions of the home at the time of inspection. Inspections are available 7 days a week, usually within 24 hours.

At the end of each of our Home Inspections, we will provide you with a detailed report, including pictures, that will be e-mailed to you.. This report will show you everything you need to know about your home including roofing, plumbing, windows, doors, heating and cooling. Our experienced and well-trained staff will provide you with suggestions of how to take care of any issues and answer any question you may have.
We recommend being present at the time of the inspection so you can inquire about each component of the home as it’s being inspected. A Home Inspection from Sure Check includes a termite certification.
